Auction Assistants will be right in the middle of all the fun! These volunteers will help encourage generous bidding, answer guest questions, assist guests with mobile bidding, and ensure displays are tidy. When the auction portion of the event closes, assistants will help clean up the auction area and move auction items to the pick-up area in the lobby. Raffle assistants will be promoting the raffle item throughout the venue and selling raffle tickets. This is an active standing and walking position, with some bending and lifting, and is perfect for an outgoing, tech savvy, friendly person with great marketing and social skills.
We're introducing mobile bidding to our event this year, and many of our volunteer roles will require knowledge of mobile device use. If you are skilled in navigating smart phones and other gadgets, we're looking for you!
Great Chefs & Wineries is Lifehouse Agency’s major annual fundraiser that raises critical funds to enable us to continue to provide support services for people with developmental disabilities. This exciting event will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at The Clubhouse at Peacock Gap Golf Club in San Rafael.
