Towards the end of the evening, Auction Pick-Up and Check-Out Volunteers assist guests with payment via mobile device, give guests their auction item purchases, including items such as gift certificates, bottles or cases of wine and gift baskets, and thank guests for their support of the event. Volunteers will also assist guests in getting their items to their car if needed. This is a standing/walking position with some bending and lifting.
We're introducing mobile bidding to our event this year, and many of our volunteer roles will require knowledge of mobile device use. If you are skilled in navigating smart phones and other gadgets, we're looking for you!
Great Chefs & Wineries is Lifehouse Agency’s major annual fundraiser that raises critical funds to enable us to continue to provide support services for people with developmental disabilities. This exciting event will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at The Clubhouse at Peacock Gap Golf Club in San Rafael.
