Meals on Wheels - Volunteer at Vivalon!
Vivalon’s mission is to promote independence, well-being, and quality of life for older adults and people living with disabilities in Marin County.
In October 2023, Vivalon delivered over 8,900 meals November to homebound older adults or people of any age with chronic health challenges.
Vivalon can only accomplish this with the support of volunteers. With over 50 volunteers donating 600 + hours of service each month, Vivalon can sustain Marins Meals on Wheels program.
Meals are served Monday/Wednesday/Friday in the morning and afternoon. Routes are scheduled from 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. Each route takes approximately 3 hours. Mileage reimbursement is available.
We ask for a commitment of one route per week. Must have a valid CA drivers license, a clean driving record and insurance.
