Napa Lighted Arts Festival-Event Ambassadors
We are looking for euthusiastic and energetic individuals who would like to support the 2020 Napa Lighted Art Festival. We are recruiting event ambassadors who would be interested in one or more of following areas:
· Be positioned at various installations and/or main intersections to aid festival attendees
· Provide directions to location of installations and highlights of the festival
· Share information about downtown Napa to visitors
· Provide guided tours of the art installations
· Provide additional support and assistance for visiting artists including attending the artist reception
· Assist with the Lantern Parade on January 17th (lantern making station or parade route monitors)
· Assist with distributing event marketing materials
The 2020 Napa Lighted Art Festival will be held on January 11-19, 2020. Shifts for ambassadors can vary, but will preferably be 5:30-8:30 pm. Depending on the assignment, there will be an orientation on January 3rd at 4pm. Most of the positions may require standing for several hours, walking and being outside during cold or wet weather.
