Veterans Home Build Day
Do you like working with your hands and learning new skills? Helping on a Habitat construction site is one of the most unique, hands-on volunteer opportunities. SNHfH has partnered with Solano County, the City of Rio Vista, American Legion Post 178, and other organizations to build a 6-bedroom shared living home for six deserving veterans in Rio Vista. Join us for a special Build Day on Martin Luther King Day to celebrate community and work to build a home for local veterans. Please email Volunteer Coordinator, Mary Taylor, to register and receive additional information about this special build!
